From prep to service, learn the skills needed to create delicious taster-sized Italian dishes time and time again. Through a mixture of demonstration and participation based learning, the tutor will invite a small group to prepare, cook and serve taster-sized elements of your chosen menu. Depending on the theme selected, you may create taster-sized fresh pasta, focaccia bread, tortellini or polenta. Recipes will be sent to you 24 hours after the experience, enabling you to continue your culinary education at home.
